ABOUT US

Background

As a child, Holly grew up in the small village of Burritt's Rapids, just south of Ottawa. She attended grade school in Merrickville and Kemptville. Holly has always been passionate about athletics, which made playing hockey and joining team sports a prominent hobby in her life. Throughout her educational career, her interest in anatomy, human kinetics and exercise science continued to flourish. It was evident a career in the field of health sciences would be her chosen pathway.

Education

Graduating from high school in 2012, Holly was then accepted to the Fitness and Health Promotion program at St. Lawrence College in Kingston. There, she was able to shadow personal trainers, athletic therapists and physiotherapists, but ultimately decided to pursue a career in massage therapy. She then applied for the two year intensive Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College, where she graduated in 2016.
